Our Family Law Department is specialized in all the judicial disputes related to Family Law, including marriage resolution, sharing times and parenting plans, paternity, marriage contracts, fair distribution, support for spouse, child support and domestic violence violations.

In collaboration with our Immigration Law Department, we work with commitment and dedication to achieve the Client’s goals, whether those are related to family law issues or immigration issues, providing advice, when necessary, on Green Card applications based on marriage, practices for the visa for fiancé(e) and divorce proceedings which affect the removal of the conditions of permanent residence based on marriage.
