Mr. Stupel  has focused his practice exclusively on criminal defense for the past thirty-five (35) years.

Mr. Stupel has extensive trial experience.  He is licensed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and has handled a vast array of criminal cases in Federal District Court. 

Mr. Stupel is particularly specialized in criminal cases involving DUIs (driving under the influence), family abuse, and drug-related cases.

Mr. Stupel represents criminal clients across the State of Florida and in other States. Mr. Stupel is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. He is also a member of the Miami Beach and American Bar Association and a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
